BOLDO Tea

Scientific name: Pneumus Boldus.

Common name: Boldo.

Boldo is an extremely appreciated plant due to its medicinal effects, since it has proven to have healing properties. It possesses purgative and digestive actions. Moreover, it is prescribed as a contributor in constipation treatments. It is also prescribed to treat minor spasmodic pains.

USAGE: For each teacup of boiling water, use a tea bag of boldo. Brew for approximately five minutes and serve it. This tea is recommended twice a day, one cup after lunch and another after dinner.
